As mush as I’d like to say it was, my journey to being a content creator was not easy. I knew I always wanted to pursue some form of content creation but there always seemed to be some reason as to why I couldn’t do it.. that is until I got fired from my “dream job”.
I was working for a digital marketing advertising firm creating blog content for law firms across the U.S. it was cool and all.. but SUPER stressful, SUPER draining, and I just honestly wasn’t feeling very fulfilled in my craft. I knew that I wanted to leave but because I was living in Dallas at the time quitting was’t an option.
I went through a two week long depressive state and decided “Okay Dru, you’re not going to let this job win, boss up and figure your shit out”. Everything that following week was going great, I REDIRECTED MY ENERGY, got back into the gy, then boom.. had a call with my boss that thirsted and GOT FIRED…
